At Hard Rock Hotel Penang, we are fully committed to the safety guidelines and hygiene protocols from Hard Rock International under the new SAFE + SOUND programme to protect the health and well-being of our guests and team members.
SAFE + SOUND has been developed by a team of hospitality experts in partnership with EcoLab and NSF to provide enhanced cleaning practices, social interaction and workplace protocols while ensuring transparency through the hotel’s guest and team members journey.
The Safe+Sound Team
Specially trained by industry-leading cleaning experts from EcoLab on proper disinfection procedures, the Safe+Sound team is responsible for both the safety of our guests and team members as well as the cleanliness and sanitation of the hotel.
Safe+Sound Security team members will be liable for all temperature checks, monitoring entrances/exits, reminding guests and team members of physical distancing requirements, managing line queueing and ensuring that everyone is following the required safety guidelines and hygiene protocols.
