Terms & Conditions:

1. A surcharge 50% on the transfer rate applies to all transfers performed between 2300 hours to 0700 hours.

2. Full cancellation charge applies in the event of NO SHOW without prior notification.

3. 50% cancellationn charge will be imposed for any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to pick-up.

4. Tippings and porterage fees are NOT included in all transfer & tours.

5. A maximum of ONE hour waiting time is permitted in the event of flight delay, any additional hours or proportionate hours will be charged accordingly.

6. All rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia and are subject to change with prior notice.
